Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 3, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Ammbr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Ammbr provides an eSIM marketplace with blockchain based micropayment settlement. The platform is designed for Web3.0 natives who require telecom connectivity options.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Ammbr. You must have a compatible device: Android 9+ with StrongBox Keymaster support or iOS with Secure Enclave (see list of phones supporting eSIM). By using Ammbr, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account & Wallet

Your identity on Ammbr is established through an EVM compatible wallet using Sign-In with Ethereum (SIWE / EIP-4361). Your wallet keys are generated and stored in your device's hardware security module. Ammbr is fully self-custodial — we do not have access to your private keys and cannot recover them. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and wallet. Loss of your device without backup means permanent loss of access.

5. eSIM Services

eSIM profiles are provisioned through third-party carriers via the eSIMAccess API. All eSIM plans are subject to the underlying carrier's terms of service and acceptable use policies. Data usage is metered and displayed in the application. Ammbr does not guarantee network coverage in all locations, as coverage depends on the carrier and local infrastructure. eSIM profiles are non-transferable between devices unless explicitly supported by the carrier.

6. Payments & Fees

All payments are processed as cryptocurrency micropayments such as USDC. Blockchain gas fees are your responsibility. Pricing for eSIM plans and services is displayed before purchase. Refunds are not available for consumed data. Unused data balances are subject to the expiration terms of the specific eSIM plan purchased. All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ammbr to:

  • ►Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
  • ►Engage in any illegal activity or violate local telecommunications laws
  • ►Circumvent rate limits, abuse prevention mechanisms, or policy enforcement
  • ►Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform
  • ►Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service or other users' access

8. Intellectual Property

The Ammbr brand, software, APIs, and documentation are owned by Ammbr and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Open-source components used within Ammbr are licensed under their respective open-source licenses. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to use the Ammbr name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

Ammbr is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Blockchain transactions are irreversible — we cannot reverse, cancel, or refund transactions once confirmed on-chain.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ammbr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or funds, arising from your use of Ammbr. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to Ammbr in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may stop using Ammbr at any time by uninstalling the application. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your locally stored keys and wallet persist on your device. Server-side data associated with your wallet address will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Ammbr after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
